- M.Sc/M.Sc (Tech) with first division at graduate & postgraduates level and valid NET/GATE qualification/score OR
M.E/M.Tech with 1st division at both graduate and post-graduate level - Relevant Subject: Remote Sensing/ Geoinformatics/ Geomatics/ Geology/ Geography
Civil Engineering Subjects –
- B.E/B.Tech with first division and valid NET/GATE score OR
- M.E/M.Tech with 1st division at both graduate and post-graduate level

Computer Engineering Subjects –
