Job Description
ALEMBIC REAL ESTATE
Asst. Manager /Dy. Manager – Project Site
Qualification: B.E/ Diploma | Exp: Civil Engg – 6 to 12 Years
Site supervision as per specifications and quality work done.
Manage different contractor and coordination in joinery works.
Review project Schedule, Drawings, measurement, contractor billing.
Handle Site execution independently as per schedule
Executive / Sr. Executive – Site Engineer
Qualification: B.E/ Diploma | Exp: Civil Engg – 2 to 6 Years
Drawing Checking and releasing to the contractors.
Day to day site activity monitoring and reporting to project manager
Work progress monitoring as per Bar chart.
Co-ordination with various contractors ad consultants at site.
To co-ordinate for joint measurement with contractor
Executive – Procurement & Contracting
Qualification: B.E/ Diploma | Exp: Civil Engg – 2 to 4 Years
Knowledge of BOQ drafts and PR to PO process.
Exploring & initiating opportunities in vendor development.
Rate negotiation with vendors and contractors.
Floating enquiries of purchase/tenders in contracts.
Hands on experience in AUTOCAD & MS Office.
