Value Real Estate Assets with in-depth feedback from the real estate brokers available in the vicinity of the property being valued.
Prepare and Finalize valuation reports for the financial institutions and other clients.
Analyze the properties in terms of transaction value, technical building deviations (FAR Area, Extensions, Multiple units etc.) and other legal issues.
Manage a team of Real Estate Valuation Engineers and Data Operators.
Timings: 10.00 AM – 7.30 PM
Experience: 0-1 year
