Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
– The person shall be Responsible for indenting, creating, or coordinating PO, coordinating or doing Material Receipt for trading Items by virtual GRN, organizing monthly reconciliation of past orders, and order Status report.
-He shall be the single point of contact for all TBSPL RSMs indenting coils or profiled sheets.
-Coordination with PPC, SCM, and logistics.
-Responsible for creating and handling all Dispatch documents from TBSPL to be delivered to the customer, safekeeping all dispatch documents.
-The person shall be responsible for maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the data and information.
