Job Description
- To understand sequencing & flow of work activities in regards to QC/QA.
- To prepare & implement project specific Quality Plan.
- Establish Laboratory at the site to meet project requirement.
- To check and ensure the quality of the material.
- Quality should be as per the standard.
- To ensure that all the test should take place in the presence of the client and within the time frame.
- To ensure that all the documents related to quality are filed and maintained properly.
- Ensure that all the document which has been approved by the Client/Clients Representative in terms of quality test should be kept properly.
- Physical Testing of received raw materials as per the quality assurance plan.
- Preparation of calibration reports.
- Carrying out Physical Testing in field lab which includes Course aggregate sieve analysis, Specific gravity, water absorption, density, flakiness and elongation index, impact value etc.
- Testing of reinforcement steel on-site basis.
- Carrying out Concrete cube testing on a daily basis.
- Maintaining daily quality observation sheet.
- To Survey the Sites every day.
- Internal coordination with other departments like Accounts, Stores, Field Execution and Safety and QS department.
- Preparation and Maintaining of internal documents required for client audits
- To Conduct daily Meetings with the site Persons.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Civil
