1.Project Managers should have Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering with more than 10-15 years experience in Construction industry,
2.Sr.Engineers should have Diploma in Civil Engineering with more than 7 years experience in Construction industry,
3.Surveyors should have Diploma in Survey engineering & minimum 5 years of experience in Construction industry.
4.Supervisors / Foreman with minimum 5 years of experience in Construction industry.
PLANNING & BILLING Level: Managers to Engineers
1.Planning: Degree in Civil Engineering having good command over MS Project and Primavera operation with minimum 8 years of experience in construction industry,
2.Billing: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering having good knowledge of estimation, costing & billing with minimum 10 years of experience in Construction industry.
QA/QC Level: Managers to Supervisors
1.Degree in Civil Engineering with the good knowledge of IS Codes, Design Mix ect.with minimum 10 years of experience in the Construction industry of which 3 years in QA/QC.
