  • Providing timely inputs regarding quantity and cost to planning dept. for prestart and cost to complete Estimate.
  • Reconciliation of material and labor during and on completion of the project.
  • Raising and obtaining certification of invoices as per contract terms (Client billing.)
  • Timely preparation and processing of sub-agency bills (Subcontractors’ bills)
  • Capturing expenses and receipts in the system to provide inputs to the Planning/finance dept. for MIS report (e.g., P and L, etc.)
  • To ensure the implementation of QS procedure and SAP systems.
    Study of drawings/ technical specifications and BOQ.

  • He should provide total formwork solutions with the latest formwork technologies.
  • For all the activities including wall casting, like preparing BBS, planning men, materials, and machinery, clearance from the client, and achieving a target in time with quality and utmost safety.
  • He must plan the daily activities in consultation with the project manager and execute the work based on the Available drawing details. He is also responsible for the Manpower and Machinery utilization of the project.
  • He should be responsible for the erection of formwork: walls, columns, floors, and stairs; checking of dimensions, alignment, and level of formwork; dismantling of formwork and its proper handling for re-use.
  • Coordination of formwork activities and accountability for Optimum management of formwork resources.
