Job Description – Project Manager – Devanahalli Site
Responsible for construction of residential projects through all phases of planning, design, and construction.
Ensures assigned projects are completed within budgets, schedules, and quality.
Review plans and specifications and provide design alternatives for constructability, efficiency and value engineering.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and labors.
Salary:INR 6,00,000 – 9,00,000 P.A.
