B.E/B.Tech Civil Engineer with 4-8 Years of Technical CRM in Multistoried Residential Building OR Real Estate Experience.
Job Description:
1. Interacting with Customers & preparing modified drawings and costing.
2. Maintain good customer relations to manage the meetings between the Execution team and architect team for any civil changes (ALLOWABLE).
3. Update customer through marketing and sales team about the present status of their flat and about the status at change request, documentation of all customer correspondence.
4. Carrying out pre-delivery inspections of completed Flats/Villas and handing over the completed flats/Villas to Customers.
5. Handling the complete process of handover of flat for interiors.
6. Coordinating with the sales team, civil team, Accounts team and Architect team.
7. Must be well versed with Auto CAD.
8. Must have good communication skills.
