Mega Recruitment At Larsen & Toubro Ltd – Job Description
Under this program, aspiring bright and young incumbents are made to go through nearly a years training, under the direct mentoring of the Grp Exe. Chairman Mr. A. M. Naik, following which they are deputed to an appropriate L&T line of business as a hi-potential personnel at a covenanted grade.
We are looking for candidates with Excellent academic pedigree:
1) Engineering Graduates from a premium technical institute
2) Full Time MBA/ PGPM/ IPMX / PGPX/ PGPEX/ EPGP from a premier management institute is must
3) No gap in education and no backlogs in education
4) All round profile in all phases of career
Candidates from Construction/ Infrastructure/ Manufacturing/ Power/ Finance/ IT background are preferred.
Education-
UG:B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization, Civil, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Com – Commerce
PG:MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, MCA – Computers
