Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow-up with various government officers for Approvals – Thane & MMRDA
- Co-ordinate with Designing Architect & B. M. C. Architect
- Good knowledge of DCR
- Co-ordinate with Design Architects for finalization of the plans with respect to submission/approval of the plans
- To follow up with Government Dept. like Collector, SLR City Survey Tahasildar, MHADA, ULC, S.R.A
- Preparing draft reports for submission & approvals
- Coordinating with the design team during conceptualization of the design and reviewing architectural working drawings from liaisoning point of view
- To Obtain Approvals / NOC from Govt. & Semi Govt. offices
- Site Visits for the various stages of proposal
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Arch/B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 12+ years of experience with real estate or design firm
