Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be Engineering Graduate with 15-20 yrs. experience of handling contract administration in Gulf countries.
- Should have hands-on experience and working knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract (all suite)
- Should have knowledge and practice to the Laws and regulations relevant to the performance of Contracts and execution of the works
- Should be a delay analysis expert and quantum expert as per Society of Construction Law protocol requirement in International Arbitrations
- Should be able to identify the EoT related issues, Variations/Claims/Notices/deviations, issues, etc, continuously track it and take it up until its logical conclusion.
- Should be skilled to work with own hands on all aspects of Contracts Administration, Claim Management and Risk Management Hands-on Experience
- Should be able to analyze the Contract Conditions, create contemporaneous records, and Claims himself
Education Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
