Shared Services Centre is an SBU of Larsen & Toubro, which manages the centralized Payroll, Employee Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Full & Final Settlements, Accounts Payables, Vendor Payments, Travel Reimbursements, and SAP HCM activities for entire L&T.
Position: Payroll Executive & Assurance Executive
Job Location: Saki Naka (Near Saki Naka metro station)

Qualification: B Com
Experience Required: -01 Yr – 02 Yrs
Position – Payroll Executive(Candidates with 01 yr – 02 yrs experience in payroll will only be considered for an interview.)
Knowledge of payroll process, perquisites & taxation, international payroll,
Position: – Assurance Executive (Assurance & Forensic Analysis Department)
Responsible for monthly MIS .
Forensic analysis of payroll, full and final settlement, retirement benefits & accounting data.
Internal Audit of payroll activities, finance & accounts & other operations in the organization.
System audit & Internal control for financial reporting for various departments.
Statutory compliance audit for laws such as PF Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Income Tax Act, etc.
Skills Required:-
1..Should have knowledge of Excel.
2..Should be good in communication.
Interview Process:
1.Aptitude Test & Basic Accounts
2.Face to Face interview.
NOTE:-
1). This position will be purely on Third party payroll.
2) Candidates with 01 yr – 02 yrs experience in payroll will only be considered for an interview.
3) Candidates working with CA firm are welcome.
Salary: INR 50,000 – 1,75,000 P.A.
