Experience in handling various civil and interior works pertaining to projects including, facade, waterproofing, RCC, Structural steel, Masonry, imported marble flooring/dado, plumbing, etc.
Prepare and cross verify various BOQ as well as estimates for various upcoming projects.
Ensure timely completion of projects with quality standards, within stipulated timelines/budget.
Value engineering to bring down cost/timeliness.
Prepare detailed specifications & work mythologies for various projects.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should have Experienced from Real Estate Developer Side in Residential Projects.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Pleasant Personality.
