J.M.C. Constructions Private Limited was incorporated on 24.06.2008, under Part – IX of the Indian Companies Act 1956, with Dr. A. Srenevasulu as the Chairman and Promoter of the Company, by transferring all assets, liabilities and experience of a partnership firm, A. Srenevasulu & Co. set up in the year 1999, when it had a turnover of 19.06 crores. This firm had succeeded a proprietorship firm which started contract business in the year 1979, by Dr. A. Srenevasulu.His dynamism and Will has helped develop the Company to reach a turnover of Rs.250 Crores as on March’2017.
Dr. A. Srenevasulu hails from Chittoor Town in A.P. He has completed his Bachelor of Arts. Soon after his studies, and in the year 1991 he has improved the business of laying roads in a mechanized way. In order to expand the business further and to diversify, the partnership firm has been converted as a limited company.
