Job Description
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E – Civil Engineer
Minimum should have 5 to 8 years of experience in High rise, Commercial & Residential Buildings
Work Location: GOA.
Responsible for monitoring construction-related activities are being carried out as per approved methodology, following valid drawings and shall ensure inspections are being performed, verified by PMC;
Overall surveillance of all site activities to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the contract specifications, method statements, as per relevant national and international STANDARDS & client satisfaction.
Scheduling of manpower, material, equipment & activities for actual daily needs of construction sites along with construction team
Overall supervision on all site activities to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the approved drawings, contract specifications, agreed procedure, method statements Interdisciplinary Coordination of all kinds of civil and other service subcontractors.
Perform pre-inspection and final quality inspection along with QA/QC engineers/client representative prior to proceeding with any activities.
Pre-inspection for materials received in site along with a material engineer to ensure all materials are in line with project specification and requirements.
reporting to director/project manager for daily activities on the site.
Note: Should have experience in Commercial / Residential Buildings.
