Designation: Manager / Asst Manager / SR. Executive – Civil Store – 30 Opening(s)
Experience in road project with knowledge of SAP will be preferred
Knowledge of Material concept & reconciliation of bulk material.
Inventory controlling and confirmation of Item wise material reconciliation.
Responsible for inventory / purchase planning for materials, identifying and implementing cost optimization and cash conservation measures.
Ensuring handling of Inventory control of raw materials, consumable & construction material on ABC, fixation of stock levels, EOQ & maintaining buffer stock as per standard operating procedure.
Item wise accountability of Shuttering & Staging Material and scaffolding material.
Material Indent, Enquiry Floating, RFQ, Price confirmation with relation to Budget, Inward/DMR, Material Outward, Stock Ledger Updating, MIV, Etc & generating different types of system reports as per the requirement of management.
Follow up with purchaser for item and purchase orders those which are pending as well as with Accounts for clearing the bills along with ensuring reconciliation, preparation of debit note and follow-up.
Managing proper material receipts, verification of purchase order & dispatch documents, measurement of materials, inspection, preparation of GRN, storing of materials, and rejected materials.
Issue scrutiny of issue requisition, identification of correct materials, issue to materials in a proper manner & FIFO principal.
