Job description
1. Prompt After Sales Service
Responsible to provide service by site inspection of customers.
Supervising construction quality & testing of cement and concrete.
Receive & analyze quality related complaints & proper redressal of the same, thus enhancing the customer satisfaction level.
2. Supporting Sales Team & network in business enhancement
3. Executing the requisite activities (Mason meet, IHB meet, Contractor Meets, Mason mela, Counter meets, Consumer Camp) as per budget in close co-ordination with sales team.
4. Involve & Engage with Influencers
5. Gathering market information regarding Quality, MTC, services provides and activities conducted by competitor brands.
Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering / BE – Civil
Required Candidate profile
Should be Diploma/ BE Civil
