Job description
ROLE: RCF Advisor (Demand Generation) – Technical Services
LOCATION : Calicut, Ernakulam, Idukki, Kannur, Kasargod, Kollam, Malappuram, Palakkad, Thrissur, Trivandrum
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 Yrs
QUALIFICATION: ITI/ Dip/ BE/ B.Tech Civil Engg.
MAX AGE LIMIT: 30 Yrs
PREREQUISITE : 2-wheeler, Driving licence & Smart Phone with Dual SIM
CTC: Upto 3 LPA + Travel Conveyance 5000 per month + 60000 retention bonus on successful completion of 1 year in the system
Role & responsibilities
- Enrolment on App (Mason/ Head Mason/ Contractor) and App activation follow-up
- Engagement and volume tracking of Current, inactive, stagnant, degrowing masons/ contractors
- Home visits, conversion, and retention of sites
- Attend quality complaints within 48 hours and escalate to Technical Specialists
