CBRE is conducting a Walk-in drive for Project Management- QS
Role: Executive/ Assistant Manager- QS & CC
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Civil/ Mech/Electrical
Years of Experience: Minimum 2-8 years experience
Responsibilities: –
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the
architect and/or the client. Provision of cost control services during
construction
Assessment of Contractors Progress Claims
Procurement of Subcontractor and labor to carry out specialist trade works
Negotiation and settlement of accounts and Monthly forecasting and cost reporting
Monthly negotiation and agreement of payments for the works carried out
Determination of final project cost
