Cadila Healthcare Limited WALK-IN For Civil & Mechanical Engineers – Job Description
WALK-IN INTERVIEW
Engineer (Mechanical Project / Maintenance) :
The incumbent should have BE (Mechanical) with 6 to 10 yrs of relevant experience in Planning & Execute and monitor the project for timely completion within the given budget by maintaining quality systems. Preparing the P&ID as per the requirement. Materials follow up for the currently running projects, Prepare full specification & scope of work, schedule of material requirements for any proposed mechanical project i.e. Bill of Quantities & documents. Maintaining stock of material needed for Project or Modification of the plants. Preparing material requirement Planning & Control, generate PR, monitoring critical and shut down PR’s. & Follow up with Purchase on all past due Purchase Orders. Manage workload of fabrication employees (work team), & work with several outside vendors including machine shops, other steel fabricators, testing services, etc. Troubleshooting in ongoing and existing project (any modification). Preparing the Monthly report, MIS. Exposer of API plant is a must.
Engineer (Civil) :
The incumbent should have BE / Diploma (Civil) with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience. Candidate should know about the auto-cad application for drawing preparation. Well, knowledge about current GMP pertaining to Building maintenance. Costing of new civil & structure. Basic design knowledge regarding civil structure. Experience in sanitary systems & drainage issue. Clean room requirement pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry. In-depth knowledge about painting. Vendor selection & bill checking work. SAP knowledge.
Instrument Technician :
The incumbent should have ITI / Diploma Instrumentation with 2 to 5 years of experience in handling SCADA, PLC knowledge, Instruments troubleshooting, Calibration. Preferably from Pharma / API / Chemical sector experience.
