Experience: 7 to 8 Years
Job Description
Study of all Architectural and Structural Drawings.
Execution of Works as per Architectural and Structural Drawings, as per Specification and IS.
To drive and extract works from Team and Skilled Manpower with High Quality as per IS standards and to have an eye for Neatness.
Works to be carried out as per MSP, and to achieve Milestones.
To source required Manpower Skilled and Un-skilled for known sources.
All required Material Indenting as per drawing, also to make sure that work does not suffer due to a shortage of materials.
Preparation of Daily work schedules and maintain records of daily site activities.
Labour Management, Allocation and effective extraction of work from the available manpower with minimum or nil idle time.
