About Bangalore International Airport Ltd
A long and exciting journey began for Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru with the signing of a concession agreement in July 2004 between the Government of India and Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL). Land allocation, acquisition, signing shareholder agreements, and finally commencing construction took almost a decade.
Our venture started at a crucial juncture in the Indian aviation history. The privatization of airports was a keenly awaited and watched move. So, as the first public-private partnership airport in the country, we decided to set the right precedents. We had to carefully architect and finalize our legal framework – the concession agreement, CNS/ ATM agreement, and other documents. Today our robust, well-defined legal framework has guided other greenfield airport contracts. Our initiative has transformed perceptions about airports and how they are built and run.

Bangalore International Airport Limited Hiring Civil Engineers – Job Description
1. High-quality serviceability and sustainability of airfield civil installations.
2. Provide serviceability and sustainability of all the civil installations in compliance to the statutory and state policies and guidelines.
3. Provide sustainable safe operating conditions of the civil infrastructure and advise on the status of the infrastructure on a continual basis.
4. Utilize the available resources optimally.
5. Provide technical, commercial inputs and support in the continual improvements of airfield civil installations.
6. Provide support and ensure effective quality control and quality assurance during the execution and maintenance of civil installations.
7. Managing the Airfield civil infrastructure team.
Education: B. Tech. / B.E In Civil Engineering (Knowledge of roads, highways mandatory)
