Positions – AGM – Materials Management
Job Description:
1) Improvement in Material Control / Stores processes and procedures to cope with current volumes.
2)Experience in timely Mobilization and Demobilization of project site stores, Physical Verification, Material Reconciliation, Documentation, Reporting, early detection of likely problems / operating issues in any project site in India and abroad.
3)Create monthly reviews and reports focusing on overall Store functioning / Inventories/ Wastages/ Store Safety /
4)Experience in Audit Interface in Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Health and Safety Audits etc.
5)Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the Stores activities.
6) Willingness to learn and adopt the Change Management and train the team on effective Store management and strategy.
7)Demonstrate Commitment, Integrity and Effectively Communicate.
8)Help the Organization to build a strong committed team by mentoring the second line and by inducing through interviews.
9) Perform regular Review with sites/execution team to drive continuous improvements.
Salary: INR 30,00,000 – 35,00,000 P.A.
